Now in our 9th Fantastic year, SCI Youth Football Festivals in Great Yarmouth – one of the country's most popular seaside resorts – just get better and better. Join SCI at Seashore for the ONLY May-Day Football Festival in Great Yarmouth where the Holiday Park is actually in Great Yarmouth!!
Just a narrow stretch of dunes separate the Park from the big, beautifully sandy beach, making it the only seafront Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth. It's like a resort within a resort, enjoying its own lively holiday atmosphere with all the extras Great Yarmouth can offer. Seashore is a 4 star holiday park and offers excellent facilities including Heated Indoor Fun Pools & Flumes, an All Weather Multi-Sports Court, Outdoor Family Funzone & much much more. Seashore also has 2 Showbar venues, including the Live Lounge which boasts an exciting range of daytime and evening entertainment, plus the Mash & Barrel Lounge-Cafe-Bar.
All matches are played at Mill Lane, which is an excellent venue for the festival and is just a 10 minute drive from the holiday park. The pitches are well maintained and offer all the facilities required to make a great festival. All pitches at Mill Lane for our festival in 2012 will be complete with F.A Respect Barriers.
SCI – No1 for Girls Football!! – In 2011 we were delighted to launch Girls Football at our Great Yarmouth Festival which was a great success. With this in mind we are pleased to announce we will continue to promote Girls Football at our Great Yarmouth festival in 2012 with 3 age groups available. We will be operating Girls football on a 7-a-side basis for teams in the under 10's, 12's & 14's age groups. Remember SCI is No1 for Girls Football so be sure to join us at a festival in 2012!!
The highlight of every SCI Football Festival is the Celebrity Gala Presentation Evening where every player receives a TROPHY from a famous footballing personality. In 2011 we welcomed the Charismatic Ex-Liverpool, West Ham United & England Defender Neil "Razor" Ruddock to our Presentation Evening at Great Yarmouth. Don't forget in addition to all the competitors trophies we also have a Fair Play Award for each age group which is voted for by the tournament referees, on the best sporting behaviour for the weekend.
