SCI Youth Football Festivals is delighted to announce the launch of our SCI Hunstanton Mitre Ultimatch Trophy for May-Day Weekend in 2025. We are super excited about this event which has accommodation options available at the fabulous 5 Star Searle's Leisure Resort in Caravans, Lodges, Tourers & Camping Pitches. SCI has also teamed up with Dersingham FC for the festival itself. Dersingham FC has excellent grass pitches, plus club house with facilities too! This event really is a super addition to our 2025 SCI Youth Football Festivals programme and we look forward to you and your team joining us at Hunstanton in 2025.

Join SCI Youth Football Festivals at the seaside resort of Hunstanton in West Norfolk on May-Day Weekend 2025 for a first class youth football tournament. Hunstanton or "Sunny Hunny" as it is affectionately known is a very popular seaside resort on the Norfolk coast. Take a trip down to the seafront where you will find Hunstanton Pier and Family Entertainment Centre, Adventure Golf, Sealife Centre, many shops, bars and restaurants plus just a short walk from Searle's Leisure Resort is the Rainbow Park Fairground & Amusements with rides and activities for all the family.

Searle's Leisure Resort is within walking distance of the Rainbow Fairground as well as the Alive Oasis which is located along the seafront, a prime location providing picturesque panoramic views across The Wash, where during a summer evening a beautiful sunset is a sight worth seeing. The Alive Oasis Sports & Leisure Centre is a multi-functional, all-year round site and makes the perfect location for an action-packed day out that the whole family can enjoy over and over again. Facilities include a 25m warm water swimming pool with separate toddler pool, whirlpool spa and a 33m aqua slide, a four-lane indoor bowling green, an outdoor roller-skating rink, squash court and much more.

FIRST CLASS FOOTBALL PITCHES - DERSINGHAM FC

All matches for the SCI Hunstanton Mitre Ultimatch Trophy take place on professionally prepared pitches at Dersingham Football Club just 8 miles away from Searle's Leisure Resort. This venue is also used by the local cricket club so as you can imagine the grass surface for the pitches is second to none. SCI will also have a very experienced team of tournament directors and officials in place at this tournament with over 20 years experience of SCI Football Festivals amongst them. The venue offers a superb surface to play football on and accommodates up to 8 pitches for the weekend, thus creating an excellent atmosphere. Changing rooms, toilets, catering, bar & first aid facilities are all available at this venue as well as car parking. All pitches will have respect barriers in place to enable all players to enjoy the experience of playing in the festival.

SEARLE'S LEISURE RESORT - A 5 STAR RESORT

Searle's Leisure Resort is a 5 Star Resort in "Sunny Hunny". This 5 Star resort has it all from Luxury Lodges with Hot Tubs, a great fleet of Caravans, plus an excellent Touring & Camping Pitches area as well. So there is accommodation options for all members of your team with prices from just £59 per person for the weekend (touring & camping).

Right beside reception, from the minute you step through the doors the children will spot the fun and games in La Piazza. Searle's have got table tennis, pool tables, table football and a whole amusement arcade. And for parents and adults, while the kids play you can relax with a coffee and free wifi.

Searle's has many swimming options for your stay and the great news it is open 9am - 7pm so the fun never stops. There is an Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi & Sauna and this is free to all guests at Searle's Leisure Resort for the weekend. There is also the Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool and exciting Water Slide, plus sunbathing area with loungers as well. There are other pool activities too like Water Zorbing, Aqua Inflatable Course, Aqua Aerobics & more for a small additional fee.

There are many things to do at this excellent resort including Sidney's Outdoor Play Park for 2-13 year olds, Searle's Outdoor Fitness Park for ages 14+, a 9 Hole Golf Course & Driving Range, Archery, Crazy Golf, Pedal Karts, Fishing & Tennis or Jump on Searle's Land Train which takes you to Hunstanton Town Centre.

At night get on down to The Sundowners Entertainment Venue, where there is entertainment each and every night of your holiday with visiting bands, cabarets and shows. Plus there is The Lounge Bar which also has acts appearing over the weekend. 

Worried about feeding the team - then head on down to Smokey Jo's Restaurant & Grill, which overlooks the outdoor pool. Here you will find an array of meals on offer in this comfortable and modern restaurant. Then there is the Lounge Bar with Bar Meals & Drinks which has all the football on the big screens as well. Head in to the La Piazza itself where The Beach Hut is serving Hot & Cold Drinks plus Casual Dining Options too! Harry's Fish Bar is also on the resort serving all your chip shop classics or if you are looking for more relaxed approach to food and drinks head on over to the Fountain Sports Bar & Restaurant next to the golf course.

CELEBRITY PRESENTATION

The 2025 SCI Hunstanton Mitre Ultimatch Trophy Tournament will see a top footballing personality on hand to present the trophies and medals to all teams in 2025.

In 2024 at SCI we was delighted to be joined by none other than one of the most decorated players in Women's Football -  Rachel Yankey, PLUS we had appearances from Emile Heskey, Matt Le Tissier, Stuart Pearce, Wes Morgan, John Hartson, Ashley Williams & more.

All teams are presented with medals for participating in the festival plus there are awards for the teams in the final of each age group plus Fair Play Awards in each age group too! The presentation will take place around 4pm on Sunday afternoon at Searle's Leisure Resort in The Sundowner Bar. Entry Strictly by Ticket Only.

The Presentation will take place in The Sundowner Bar at Searle's Leisure Resort which is a superb venue with stage, sound and lighting.

*Prices are based on a minimum of 4 paying persons sharing. All accommodation units are to have at least 1 adult in them and there is to be a minimum ratio of 1 adult to every 3 children in all groups.

All Caravans & Lodges are based on a minimum of 4 fully paying persons, so if only 2 or 3 persons occupy a caravan you will have to pay for 4 persons. There are larger caravans/lodges that sleep 5, 6, 7 or 8 persons so 2 groups within your team may decide to share.
