SCI's North Wales Mitre Ultimatch Cup is a first class Youth Football Festival played on good pitches at Y-Morfa Leisure Centre in Kinmel Bay for 5 & 7-a-side teams, with matches for all the 9 & 11-a-side teams taking place at Prestatyn Sports FC. Teams have 3 choices of accommodation for the 2024 SCI Rhyl Whitsun Mitre Ultimatch Cup - we have acquired the fabulous Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park in the seaside town of Rhyl, the excellent Winkups Holiday Park Plus Oakfield Holiday Park too!

Offers an excellent selection of caravans for the festival including New Platinum Caravans for 2023 for those looking for additional luxury - there is evening entertainment every night in the Forresters Showbar, there is also an Irish Pub Bar, Sports Bar, Outdoor Adventure Golf, Sports Courts, Playgrounds, Indoor Soft Play Area, Amusements, numerous take aways, restaurants, plus the New & Improved indoor swimming pool with flumes, sauna, jacuzzi and more besides amongst other facilities.

Is a smaller holiday park & is just 0.5 miles from the pitches for the 5 & 7-a-side matches at Kinmel Bay (10 minutes walk) and has it's very own cabaret bar, sports bar, amusement arcade & outdoor play area, again this site offers a good choice of caravan accommodation for the weekend.

Is a medium size holiday park & has an indoor swimming pool, arcade, nightly entertainment in Winkie's Cabaret Bar, all-weather Sports Playzone, Indoor Play Area, Adventure Playground, Premier Shop, Fish & Chip Shop & more besides. Winkups is just 0.7 miles to the pitches at Kinmel Bay and is around a 15 minutes walk.

Offers direct access to Prestatyn's Award Winning Blue Flag Beach, this holiday park offers a more peaceful setting & has a cafe, adventure playground & sports courts. Guests at Lido Beach are able to use all the facilities at Robin Hood Holiday Park which is just 2 miles away. There is also a free shuttle service in the evening to take guests from Lido Beach to Robin Hood for evening entertainment.

Teams from all over The Midlands, Liverpool, Lancashire, The North East, Nottingham, Wales & Scotland to compete in our festivals in Wales which have quickly become a firm favourite with many teams returning each year. The matches are played at Y-Morfa Leisure Centre, & Prestatyn Sports FC which both boast Grass pitches as well as full toilet, changing & catering facilities.

Set on the North Wales Coast just outside Rhyl is the fabulous Robin Hood Holiday Park which has a full selection of caravans to suit everyone's needs & budgets. From Bronze caravans all the way through to NEW for 2023 Platinum Models there really is something for everyone!

LIVE entertainment is available every night in the Holiday Parks Lyons Cabaret Club & Forresters Show Bar, with dazzling cabaret shows featuring professional dancers and entertainers dressed in stunning costumes. SCI CELEBRITY PRESENTATION NIGHT

The SCI Rhyl Whitsun Mitre Ultimatch Trophy Festival in 2023 welcomed former Liverpool & England Goalkeeper Chris Kirkland to the presentation night. In the past we have welcomed Liverpool Legend Phil Thompson, Jonjo Shelvey, Peter Reid, Dion Dublin & John Aldridge in recent years. Who will be the guest in 2024?
Please Note that teams stay at Oakfields, Winkups & Lido Beach Holiday parks will need to travel to Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park for the Presentation on Sunday evening.

FA Respect Barriers

All matches will follow the FAW guidelines for their respective age groups, and the pitches will of course be complete with respect barriers to make sure all players and teams can enjoy there football in a great playing environment!!

Girls Under 10/12/14 - 7-a-side - £155 per team

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the Laws of the game from the FAW (Football Association of Wales) the U7 – U11 age groups at SCI 2024 in Rhyl will be non-competitive and results will not be recorded. All players will receive a quality participation trophy instead of a medal to celebrate taking part in the festival at the SCI Celebrity Presentation on Sunday evening at Lyons, Robin Hood Holiday Park.
